What is the Difference Between Junior and Senior Product (UX) Designers?

hqdefault 2

Hey designers! I frequently get asked about career growth for product and UX designers. I’ve had several Superpeer bookings now on creating a plan for leveling up.

There’s a lot of interest in the difference between juniors and seniors and how designers can uplevel.

As a result, I’m bringing you two new videos.

This video, part one, covers the differences between juniors and seniors (keeping in mind this is a gradual path). I also make an argument on why I think you should take your time and enjoy being a more junior Product/UX Designer.

Part two launching next week will cover specifics on how to go from junior to senior.

What’s your current level? Are you happy with it? Lmk in the comments. 😊
