Shine in Behavioural Job Interviews: Use Pixar Storytelling

The STAR interview technique for behavioural questions in job interviews (outlining Situation, Task, Action and Result) leads to boring answers which don’t demonstrate what your learnt from your experience.

I think there is a better way to answer these ‘Give me an example when…’ questions. Your answers need to tell a story, so why not follow the approach from Pixar in how they tell their amazing stories?
